Porta Communications PTCM

Yesterday afternoon PTCM shares moved a little and I thought it would be a good opportunity to try some day trading so as I bought in the morning at 0.212p, I sold 500,000 shares at 0.25p and made just over £120 profit. I then had to go out at 4.30 pm so I put in a buy order for 0.23p to see if I could buy back in with the same amount of money but get some free shares. I have tried this before and never been successful and I wasn’t successful yesterday!!!  It may be the start of an upward movement for PTCM, in which case I still have 380,000 shares but if there is a retrace then I could buy back in!

ABH did retrace to 0.51p despite being the most traded share yesterday so I was pleased that I sold up and made my trade in PTCM. If PTCM doesn’t retrace to 0.22p on Monday morning then all the money from my trade will be going into TSTR on Monday afternoon.

Alternative Energy Ltd

I got quite excited this morning to discover that someone had bought 700000 shares in ALR!! This lifted the price a little to $0.06/0.07  so that can't be bad.
I have introduce a planning calendar to my blog to list key events when results are due and it seems to work by clicking on Google calendar button.
 I thought I would let you know what shares I hold so here goes:-

Angel Biotechnology Holdings PLC ABH

Yesterday and today were very exciting for holders of Sareum, who have apparently developed a cure for leukaemia. The shares in SAR went from about 0.48p to over 4p so many people were making lots of money. Angel Biotechnology Holdings PLC  ABH is in the business of stem cell production and one of the directors is also a director of SAR and today the sp of ABH went from 0.39p to 0.52p and people were started to get excited that perhaps ABH would be on for a massive rise.

Well at lunchtime it tailed off but is still up. It was still the 3^rd highest volume traded by the afternoon.  I bought in at 0.502p so I still have some way to go before I am in profit but at least it does give me confidence that ABH may be on the up!!

Also ABH are doing work for Reneuron RENE and another company Physiomics is also doing well, so a good few days for pharmaceuticals.

Exciting Times

After my last post about Tangent TNG, I had the opportunity to sell today, so i did. I had an order in to sell at 7p but sold at just under 6p. Not a lot of money but a small profit!
I had looked at the stockpicker function on LSE and searched for shares under 1p. My eyes fell on Angel Biotech who were at 0.51p so I put in a bid and bought 55000 shares. They should be announcing their end of year trading statement in the next 2 weeks so I hope that it will be good!
I tried to sell my PTCM shares for 0.34p today with the view of buying back in at 0.31p later in the day. They got to just over 0.33p but not 0.34p! I keep trying to sell and buy on the retrace but one day I will be successful.
TSTR and VOG are still holding steady and both are waiting for an RNS so again,patience is the name of the game, although I have put a sell order in for VOG at 10p.
