End of the line!!!

I have had a flurry of RNS and as a result I have sold my BMR shares! It is all a matter of confidence and I have zero confidence in Masoud Alikhani, especially after yesterday's RNS where he extended the warrants for the second time for another 6 months!!! So I sold up and put my money into VOG!
Some may question my decision but in VOG, I see a company who have worked hard to produce a business in Cameroon that will benefit the local economy and hopefully the shareholders. VOG issued their final results yesterday, which were not great but I live in hopes that this time next year things will be completely different. The sp fell on the results but I am looking to see the sp rise in the coming months.
Today, PINN issued a very positive RNS on its high speed internet trials in Cheltenham and this is another step in developing the company so well done PINN!

Europe booming today!!

With the German Court approving the Euro bailout, shares in Europe are doing well today. I bought some Natixis shares this morning just after the market opened for €2.52 and sold them less than 2 hours later for €2.69!! Nice little profit and hoping to buy back a little later.
My Credit Agricole shares are also doing well and are now in profit! I bought them in February and they immediately went down but now appear to be flying. I have a sell order in for €6.03 and then I will be looking to trade in bigger lots as I will combine both lots of funds.
Meanwhile in the UK, BMR are still languishing despite the fact that Masoud Alikhani is giving a presentation tomorrow! Everything else is wallowing!!

I could be talking complete nonsense but I think Orogen Gold ORE is going to pop at any time soon. If it gets to 1p then I will be very pleased!

Finally Red Rock released an RNS after hours that while interesting didn't really say anything that is going to get people excited!

Monday blues!!

Well, its Monday again and as usual, nothing much seems to happen with my shares on a Monday! No RNS today, so prices moving very little! Over the weekend I did some research on more continental shares and in due course, I will be buying some European shares. Stay tuned for more info! Also, I have added a translate button to the blog should anyone want to read it in a language other than English.
This Thursday is the presentation by Masoud Alikhani to investors and unless he issues an RNS before then, I don't know what he is going to say to inspire people to want to get involved with BMR!

Good day for banks!

After the announcement by the ECB, banks went  crazy this morning. My Credit Agricole shares went up to €5.52 before retracing a bit! Lloyds and Commerzbank who I have been following were also up.
My UK shares were very uninspiring and BMR is very disappointing considering that Masoud Alikhani is giving a presentation to investors next Wednesday. Unless he issues an RNS before then he will have very little to inspire investors to get involved with BMR and all the time we are getting closer to the date when the 6p warrants expire!

Berkeley Mineral Resources PLC

Well we finally got the long awaited RNS today!! What a disappointment!!
They have not been able to sell any slimes to anyone! They haven't got the LSML! They haven't got the JORC completed for the whole of Kabwe!!
In short a disaster and as a result the sp fell this morning. There is a considerable amount of shareholder disgruntlement which is matched by some people saying "great I can top up". Both viewpoints are valid but for the long term future of BMR, Masoud Alikhani has to do better!!!

No RNS for Tristar Resources this morning which was disappointing but the sp is holding up well and volume is also increasing! Perhaps we will get an RNS next week, lol!

Berkeley Mineral Resources PLC BMR

At the AGM of Berkeley Mineral Resources PLC, Masoud Alikhani stated that an RNS would be issued covering a JORC for Kabwe by the end of February. So by this time next week we should have an RNS telling us the % mineralisation of the dumps at Kabwe. All things being equal, this should raise the sp. Then in March, there should be another RNS telling us about the sale of slimes as these are supposed to be sold in Q1 and again this should have a positive impact on the sp So in the next 5 weeks we should see a change in the sp of BMR and who knows, possibly new highs. However, if the sp gets anywhere near 9p I will be happy.

Exciting Times!!

Good news for USA yesterday and the market now seems to be very buoyant! I could have held my LDP longer as today they were 0.55p!! However, today there was an RNS from BMR regarding Masoud Alikhani buying more shares. This lifted the sp to start before it settled back down to a small rise. The key point is the ending of the moratorium on mining in Zambia at the end of January. The view is that the sp will rise then!
All of a sudden today there was a surge in the sp of TSTR and it hit 0.9p so I sold some of my shares and bought some more shares in BMR. There was no reason for the rise but hopefully we will get some news soon.
Finally, Greencore Group GNC changed from being listed in Euros to being listed in Sterling. It didn't make any diffenece to the sp but it did put us top of the LSE list with a rise of 8346%!!! I wish!

Tristar Resources TSTR

A new RNS today where they have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) to create a joint venture antimony processing plant capable of prducing 20000 tonnes of antimony pa, that's $320M pa!!!! OK there will be some dilution to fund the project but in the longer term this is a good move.

By contrast Edenville Energy is going from bad to worse and although theey have started drilling thee sp was down to 0.45/0.46p this morning and it was the top traded share yesterday and today. It seems that there are rather a lot of shares in issue and many of them are warrants of 0.02p each! If I am to make a profit here I am going to have to wait a long time. I should stick to my maxim of never going back to a share after I have sold out of it!

Porta Communications have changed some board members and news of an acquisition is expected by end of year now!! This did not do much for the sp and again this is looking more and more like a long term bet!

Victoria Oil and Gas (VOG)

Despite the market being in chaos, Victoria Oil and Gas is doing OK. Since yesterday the sp has been blue whilst many other shares are red! OK its not setting the world alight but it is holding up well.

At the weekend, a poster posted an alleged email from Masoud Alikhani; the main man at BMR, suggesting that the Kabwe deal was done and an RNS would be issued shortly. Whether it was real or not I don't know but in light of that you would expect the sp to rise, more volume etc. Instead the sp has fallen and currently stands at 5.49p so it is not doing well.

Things are not going well at Edenville Energy EDL where the sp has dropped substantially and is currently 0.7p. I bought at 1.75p and the fundamentals have not changed but the sp is doing badly. Yesterday they issued an RNS saying Gradinex had sold some of their holding and crossed the 10% barrier and today they issued an RNS saying that Barnard Nominees had increased their holding to 13.74%!! So funny old times
